Customer information request

To comply with the Housing Act 1985 and the Data Protection Act 1998, Irwell Valley residents have a right to view personal information we may hold about them or their family - either on computer or in manual files. Residents also have the opportunity to review and up-date any personal data on an annual basis.

Residents are entitled to know:

  • details of the source of the data
  • to whom the data has been disclosed or may be disclosed
  • the purpose for which the information is being held

If you would like to view any information held about you, you will need to make a ‘subject access request’ in writing to the Strategy and Assurance team or by completing the form on this page.

We have set timescales in place for responding to your requests for information.
